今年的完型填空，很多學(xué)生普遍反應(yīng)“叫難”，而不是較難。其中有難度的題有39題、42題和45題。我一向主張：不該錯(cuò)的堅(jiān)決不錯(cuò)，改錯(cuò)的一定要錯(cuò)。一篇中考完型填空真正“該錯(cuò)”的有幾道題呢？恐怕只有一道題。對(duì)于今年來(lái)說(shuō)今年是45題，很多考生打死可能也不知道m(xù)ake the difference, 理由是從來(lái)沒學(xué)過(guò)。我舉雙手贊同，在放下雙手的同時(shí)我要輕輕抽他一下，因?yàn)槲疑险n說(shuō)過(guò)：一定要在考試前把歷年真題中的單詞和短語(yǔ)搞懂搞透，并且我發(fā)了補(bǔ)充講義《歷年中考完型閱讀核心單詞短語(yǔ)》中就有make the difference的意思“起作用，有影響”。

 

以上數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)明考生在背《中考英語(yǔ)考試說(shuō)明》單詞表時(shí)應(yīng)該先把動(dòng)詞背掉（約400個(gè)），然后是形容詞（約150個(gè)），最后是名詞（約1000個(gè)）。具體要求是動(dòng)詞、形容詞一定要全部背掉，一個(gè)不剩。名詞只需要著重背不會(huì)就可以了，做到八成熟即可。

 My father died when I was a few months old. After his death, my mother moved back to Louisville, Kentucky, where   35   had grown up. We lived in a small house with her older sister, Marion, and their mother. This was a time when being a single   36   was still considered unusual.

35.題選B，第一段第二句話：父親過(guò)世后，母親搬回到了_____長(zhǎng)大的地方。不能選A和D ，因?yàn)閺牡谝痪湓挘篗y father died when I was a few months old，看出：那時(shí)候我才出生幾個(gè)月，還沒有g(shù)row up, 所以選she 指代母親本人。

36題選C。第一段最后一句話：那是一個(gè)人們依舊認(rèn)為單身的_____是不正常的年代。還是聯(lián)系文章開頭第一句話：父親過(guò)世了，母親是我唯一的親人。所以選擇parent。

 When I was small, there was a children’s book called The Happy Family, and it was a real piece of work. Dad worked all day long at the office, Mom cooked in the kitchen, and brother and sister always had friends sleeping over. The image of the family in this book was typical (典型的) of the time. It looked   37   like my family, but luckily that wasn’t the way I heard it. The way my Aunt Marion read it to me made the story really   38  .

37題選A。第二段開頭第一句提到了一本書The Happy Family，第二句對(duì)書的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了描述，第三句指出這種family在當(dāng)時(shí)的典型性。所以說(shuō)這種family和我的family截然不同，因?yàn)槲覜]有father（還是聯(lián)系文章開頭第一句話）。所以答案選nothing

由此可見：精讀文章第一句能直接幫助我們作對(duì)35、36、37一共3道題。

38題選D。37題后面有一個(gè)but luckily提示我們，38題應(yīng)該選一個(gè)褒義詞，B和C是貶義詞，所以排除。A是中性詞，暫時(shí)保留，D是褒義詞，保留。把A和D代入38題比較，選出最佳答案D。

由此可見：轉(zhuǎn)折詞之后的內(nèi)容是出題的重點(diǎn)。

 Kind-hearted and open-minded, my aunt was the one who played baseball with me, who took me horseback riding, who took me to the father-son dinners and who gave me lessons on how to drive. Believing that anything   39   was probably good for me, she   40   to get a loan (貸款) so that I could go to Africa to work as a volunteer, which was my most important experience.

 39題選D。直接讀到第三段第二句：相信任何_____的事可能對(duì)我有好處，她（Aunt Marion）貸款讓我去非洲……這道題的重點(diǎn)是probably（可能），提示我們修飾anything的詞不是褒義詞，否則probably就沒有必要出現(xiàn)了。所以排除A和B兩個(gè)褒義詞，然后把C. impossible (不可能的) 和D. unusual (不同尋常的) 分別代入檢驗(yàn)，并且聯(lián)系第一段最后一句：This was a time when being a single   36   was still considered unusual.. 所以答案選D

這是本文跨度組大的一道題，找答案的范圍已經(jīng)超出了本段。細(xì)心且記憶力好的考生占有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。但是，如果能把歷年中考完型研究5-7遍的考生同樣也能作對(duì)。

40題選C。這道題要和第三段第一句話聯(lián)系起來(lái)：Kind-hearted and open-minded, my aunt was the one who…, who…, who… and who…句中用“心地善良、思想開明”來(lái)形容my aunt，所以40題選C最為合適offer（主動(dòng)要求），A. decided（決定），D. prepared（準(zhǔn)備）。A和D是正確選項(xiàng)，但都不如C精確。B. afforded（支付得起），意思錯(cuò)誤。

 As a young girl, Aunt Marion always planned to have a large number of children of her own, but she never got married. This   41   that she was free to spend all her time taking care of me. Many people say we have a lot in common. She always   42   me to do my best. She never   43   to make me believe that I could do anything with my life that I wanted, if I only tried hard enough.

41題選B。第四段第一句話轉(zhuǎn)折詞but she never got married. This   41   that she was free to spend all her time taking care of me. 其中this指代的是”她一直沒有結(jié)婚”這件事，通過(guò)把四個(gè)選項(xiàng)依次代入檢驗(yàn), 最佳答案選B. meant（意味著），其它選項(xiàng)A. said （說(shuō)），B. proved（證明了），D. showed (說(shuō)明了)，都很勉強(qiáng)，所以排除。

42題選B。She always   42   me to do my best. 和40、41題解法相同，把四個(gè)選項(xiàng)依次代入檢驗(yàn)：A. allowed (允許)，B. expected (期待)，C. invited (邀請(qǐng))，D. forced (強(qiáng)迫)，所以答案選B最合適。D錯(cuò)誤，因?yàn)锳unt對(duì)我很好，不可能強(qiáng)迫我做事。A和C都很勉強(qiáng)，所以不選。

40、41、42題考查單詞間細(xì)微的差別，是很多考生平日里所欠缺的，在短期內(nèi)不易提高，需要平時(shí)的積累和反饋。

43題選D。She never   43   to make me believe that I could do anything with my life that I wanted, if I only tried hard enough. 不要漏看了never，動(dòng)詞不定時(shí)to make me believe that…后面的內(nèi)容都是Aunt Marion讓我相信的事。所以應(yīng)該選一個(gè)貶義詞和never相互抵消。所以選D最合適。never fail to do sth. 表示“注定，一定能夠”。

背過(guò)新概念英語(yǔ)第三冊(cè)第9課Flying Cats的第一句話就是：Cats never fail to fascinate human beings. (貓總能引起人們極大的興趣。)

所以說(shuō)，除非考生實(shí)力強(qiáng)到能把新三前30課第一段都倒背如流的地步，否則要作對(duì)43題只好靠技巧了。

 For more than sixty years, Aunt Marion didn’t and still doesn’t think of herself.   44   she is forced to come up to the front, my aunt will stand in the back in family photos, and she doesn’t think that her efforts have made much   45  . I honored my aunt, who taught me the things my   46   couldn’t. So every June for the past 40 years, in growing thankfulness to my Aunt Marion, I’ve sent her a Father’s Day card.

44題選A。  44   she is forced to come up to the front, my aunt will stand in the back in family photos, … 考查前后兩句話的邏輯關(guān)系，關(guān)鍵在于這一段第一句話：Aunt Marion didn’t and still doesn’t think of herself 說(shuō)明Aunt Marion 從不為自己著想。所以選擇A. unless 表述“除非她被迫站到前面，否則她仍然站在后面。”

45題選A�？疾楣潭ǘ陶Z(yǔ)。把選項(xiàng)依次代入檢驗(yàn)：make much difference（起很大作用），make much progress (取得很大進(jìn)步)，make much trouble（惹了很多麻煩），make much sense（有很大意義）。最佳答案選A。…and she doesn’t think that her efforts have made much   45  . 表示“她認(rèn)為她的努力沒有起到很大的作用”，表現(xiàn)出她很謙虛。照應(yīng)了這一段的第一句話：Aunt Marion didn’t and still doesn’t think of herself

46題選C。從最后一句話得到提示：So every June for the past 40 years, in growing thankfulness to my Aunt Marion, I’ve sent her a Father’s Day card.，我送給Aunt Marion父親節(jié)的賀卡，是因?yàn)樗�教給了我父親不能教給我的東西。所以答案選C。
